Georgia is a Senior Consultant with five years experience in policy research, econometric modelling and development strategy. Prior to joining Pracsys in 2006, Georgia spent two years as a Research and Policy Officer in State Politics, specialising in the portfolios of Planning & Infrastructure, Resources and Tourism. Her political research background has given Georgia an extensive understanding of relevant issues at a State and Nationwide level.

With extensive skills in manipulating large data sets, Georgia developed a macroeconomic model of the function of retail, commercial, industrial and institutional activity centres, with work underway applying the approach to all other Australian cities. She has been instrumental in developing a new activity centres policy for Perth, based on economic development principles.

Georgia graduated from UWA in 2003 with a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in International Business, Banking & Finance, Political Science and History.

Georgia spent a year living and travelling overseas, gaining valuable insight into the activation of major cities, and worldwide development practices.

Georgia’s consulting expertise includes preparation of economic development strategies, economic impact assessments, development feasibilities and place activation for property development. She has experience in financial modelling, extensive data compilation and analysis.
