Jason joined with Pracsys in July 2008 as a Consultant. His background includes local government economic development, social sector business development and operations management both in Australia and Hong Kong. Jason has a Master of Business Administration (California State University East Bay), a Bachelor of Science (UWA) and is currently studying a certificate in financial modelling.

Jason’s consulting expertise includes the preparation of economic development strategies for regions, towns and urban areas, infrastructure feasibility assessment, place activation for property development, and retail viability analysis.
