Kaitlyn Scannell – Senior Analyst

Kaitlyn joined Pracsys in 2008 as an Analyst. Kaitlyn’s analytical role has enabled her to gain strong experience in data collection, modelling, analysis and reporting. Since joining Pracsys, Kaitlyn has worked on a number of key projects including:
- Researching and mapping of activity centres, Australia wide
- The Keralup Master Plan
- The Tamala Park Structure Plan
- Tourism WA’s Cervantes and Leeman Accommodation Pre-Feasibility
- East Perth Power Station Economic Analysis
Using her skills in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Kaitlyn has developed a dynamic scorecard model for Activity Centres, which allows the assessment and benchmarking of Activity Centre performance Australia wide. She has also been instrumental in developing a macroeconomic employment allocation model for Activity Centres in Perth. Kaitlyn has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics (Curtin University of Technology) and is currently completing an Advanced Certificate in Financial Analysis with the University of Technology Sydney.
